The O'Hare Modernization Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is available online to the public through the following links.  For ease of accessing the document, FAA has divided the document into the chapters and sections listed below.  It is recommended that the reader download the document to their computer rather than attempt opening the files on the FAA website.  The Comment Period on the Final EIS was from Friday July 29, 2005 through Tuesday September 6, 2005.
